You can return any Manea Pearls order within 15 days of its shipment
- no-questions-asked - for a full refund or exchange.
Accepting returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return your item in its
original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions
about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returning your order
To return a loose black pearl or jewelry item to Manea Pearls, follow
our three-step process:
- Contact us via email - Please contact us at returns@maneapearls.com
for a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on your original invoice
and place it with all the original packaging inside the package you
are returning.
- You must ship by the same method as you received the order
- If you send by FedEx®, request a return receipt with
tracking number for tracking purposes and confirmation that your shipment
has reached its destination.*
- Send us the Tracking Number or Ship Date –
email the tracking number (FedEx) or the date shipped (Registered Air
Mail) for your return to returns@maneapearls.com
Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance
Department. You will receive notification regarding your return or exchange
within five days.
Any unauthorized or improperly packaged packages will be returned to
sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been, resized, engraved,
altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
